Cornish Pasty

A traditional savoury Cornish Pasty.  Hand crimped, shortcrust pastry bursting with steak and veggies.  Made using the official Cornish Pasty Association recipe. 

Ingredients:

Steak, potato, onion, rutabaga, wheat flour, lard, salt, pepper. Egg and milk glaze. 

Oven bake from frozen at 325°F for 50-55 minutes until golden, with an internal temperature of 165°F
